Partnering with ADEX on your fulfillment needs is only one part of the operational equation. Another area that will need to be considered is how best to handle calls from your end users and/or customers who might have questions on the ordering processing or questions on shipping, delivery or the product itself.

Our Customer Service Specialists are trained in all aspects of customer service. From the quick answering of all calls, politeness, the ability to resolve and answer questions and when necessary providing an escalation path for your customer and/or end user, are all part of providing you with quality customer service. Using your script or the tools available to them, our Customer Service Specialists will be able to handle any situation with which they are presented.

Our call center services are available on a project by project basis or on an ongoing basis with hours of operation being determined by the needs of the customer.
